I had a difficult repair job for my Miele fridge/freezer and Carlos came to my place about 5 times including one day when a second technician was required for heavy shifting of the appliances . Carlos was incredibly polite and skilled and gave me lots of information about the appliances that I wasn’t aware of . The service was very good too and I highly recommend Carlos and Alpha Appliances and while the labour was high I guess it’s the same with other services.

“I had a fantastic experience with Alpha Appliances. My washing machine broke down, and I had no idea what was wrong. They came out quickly, diagnosed a simple fix, and didn’t charge me anything extra. I really appreciated their honesty and fast service. Highly recommend them!”

Turned up on time fixed my cooktop and cleaned up

Whole process was smooth. Dishwasher was back up and running very quickly.

I was a bit sceptical when I booked Alpha at 9pm to fix a fault with my Bosch dishwasher the next day… but then a confirmation text and email arrived, complete with a time for the following morning! Luan turned up, inspected it, identified the faulty component and replaced it on the spot. All fixed in under 24 hours! Bosch had told me it would be 8 days before they could even attend. Reasonably priced, fast and efficient service. Thanks guys — I thought I was going to be washing dishes like a caveman for the next week or two! 😂

Needed a new lower door seal fitted for my dishwasher and it was done in a flash. Very happy with the quick turn around and the really friendly and polite technician. Great job. Thanks.

Doug was fantastic- whole process was super easy

The dishwasher technician was excellently on time, quick, very helpful explaining everything and fixed the problem first visit. Definitely coming back to Alpha for any future repair needs.
