Fabulous customer service and knowledgeable service technician

Douglas our technician was amazing and not only fixed our oven but explained other features of the oven and how we can get the best out of our oven.

Douglas was very efficient and explained the issue with the Miele dishwasher… fortunately he had the spare part with him and was able to fix the dishwasher immediately. Very knowledgeable! Thanks Douglas

Luis came and fixed my 20 y o Whirlpool Didn’t take long and I’m so happy not to have to dismantle my pantry to get a new one into the space. Hefty call out charge but well worth the convenience.
