Great service up front fees on time and fixed

Jee (G) the repair man was very good. It was a two.man job but he managed to dominate by himself and saved me some money. He was very polite and very nice.
I ha e used Alpha Apliances before and will use them again if l need to.

Alpha appliances from our experiences with a number of appliances over the last 4 years that needed repair or replacement are a very professional, competent company through their ability and professional staff that attend. They recently were responsible for having our Miele Washing machine that was well past the warranty period, replaced with a new model, due to their knowledge of Miele reasons for replacement. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your white goods repairs and assistance .

Great service and communication, super quick

Great experience for the second time with Doug the technician (once for washing machine and then range hood 3 weeks later) . So polite and thorough, explained everything he did each time, both appliances now working perfectly. The office staff were also very prompt when I had to change the washing machine appointment – thanks so much Alpha Repairs
